Paper Management;

For the print organisation where time is at a premium paper purchasing is often done on an ad-hoc basis and the best deals are missed, many companies will have a restructuring of paper purchasing on the list of jobs to do without ever getting round to it as there always seems to be a more pressing job.

Our service to the customer is about looking at the paper usage and products used, and rationalising the ranges in question offers suppliers the opportunity to look at their prices as well as streamlining the internal process. This service will also identify like for like ranges and again avoid duplication of products on the premises. You may have a special paper related project for a one off requirement of large volume which APC can support you with. 

Paper Sales Support;

A good salesperson on the road is both a valuable and expensive asset and whilst a well established individual is maybe most useful in a productive patch, the need to develop a new area means either taking them away from this or employing someone else to come in. We offer the opportunity to bring in an experienced salesman to develop a new area on a retained basis. It gives the customer a very cost effective option and they can rest assured that the effort is entirely focused with no distractions of other customers nearby.

During the time of the contract you will build up an effective customer database and be up dated on a regular basis. Once established the area can be passed to an existing salesperson or the contract can be extended on a rolling basis.

As an alternative you may have an existing but underperforming list of customers that you wish to be worked on and this is very much something to call us for, sometimes a new face will be all that is needed to reinvigorate a customer base but equally it can be difficult for even the most thorough of sales people to keep going back to those accounts that give little in return for the sales effort.

Merchants may want to asses an area before committing their sales force and additional resources and with extensive databases of our own we can asses an area in line with the merchant capabilities

Account Management;

If you are a merchant that doesn’t normally employ sales people on the outside, you may still have concern over your better accounts as the opposition are maybe keeping closer tabs on them, then we can help by offering a regular and agreed call pattern to those customers. You can be assured of our absolute integrity and we are happy to sign confidentiality clauses for both the period of the contract and beyond.
